David leads with a strategic mind and intuitive spirit, walking with leaders and organizations through challenges and opportunities that shouldn’t be navigated alone.

David co-developed the IMPROVleadership™ coaching strategy and co-wrote the corresponding book “Improv Leadership: How to Lead Well in Every Moment.” through Zondervan Publishing. 

In his role as Chief People and Product Officer at Novus Global, David resources a team of executive coaches from around the world as they invite Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, artists, and business leaders to “go beyond high performance.” 

David lives in sunny Long Beach, California. with his wife and their three children.
